If you already hold a Fated Flames and/or Sinful Souls subscription with us, and have received your Dual Desires invitation, please do the following:
- Log into your website account and cancel both subscriptions so that they do not renew next month (this responsibility is on each subscriber and we will be unable to cancel renewals made next month due to failure to cancel)
- Email customer service to cancel and receive a refund on your individual renewal payments. This will not be automatically processed, so you must follow this step to avoid duplicates.
