All perfect quality books come with a hand-signed bookplate and matching bookmark.

B-grade books have one small imperfection such as a mark on the sprayed edges, a small dent or scratch (this is not an exhaustive list). B-grade books MAY NOT come with signed bookplates or bookmarks.

C-grade books have larger or multiple imperfections. C-grade books MAY NOT come with signed bookplates or bookmarks.

All grades of books do not have damage that impacts readability. 

B-grade and C-grade books have been carefully assessed for the damage criteria and will only be considered as damaged more in transit in the case that the parcel arrives in a damaged state.

Overstock books can take anywhere between 5-10 workings days to be dispatched and are sent with tracked delivery. Due to the nature of overstock, it is unlikely that missing books can be replaced, but our customer service team will help accordingly.
